We typically meet with clients on a quarterly basis but we are happy to meet with clients as frequently as they prefer. The frequency and structure of in-person meetings is determined by the client’s preference. If a new portfolio recommendation is urgent, we do not wait for a quarterly meeting to communicate the details.
